Where we work.
We’re based in Bradford, PA. Our core service area is about a 30-minute drive in any direction — across the Pennsylvania / New York border into the Twin Tiers region — but we regularly travel up to an hour, and sometimes further for the right project.
If your business is inside that radius, we can be on-site quickly when you need us, and we can do most everyday support remotely without driving at all.
Primary service areas
Bradford, PA — home base. McKean County. Walking distance to most of downtown.
Warren, PA — about 30 minutes south. Warren County, including downtown Warren, the hospital corridor, and the surrounding industrial parks.
Olean, NY — about 25 minutes west. Cattaraugus County, including downtown Olean, the medical district, and the surrounding business corridor.

Too far for a truck roll?
Distance matters less than it used to. Most day-to-day support — patching, monitoring, helpdesk, configuration — is remote no matter where you are. And for basic phone or network setups, we can configure everything in our shop and ship it to you: you plug it in, we bring it online remotely.
How service area affects what you pay
Most work is remote — patching, monitoring, helpdesk, configuration changes. Distance doesn’t change those costs.
Labor. All hands-on work is billed at $70 per hour unless it’s covered by a managed plan or rolled into an up-front project quote. The same rate applies to remote work, on-site work, and after-hours emergency response.
Travel. Included for on-site visits within a 30-minute drive of Bradford (our primary service area). Beyond 30 minutes, travel time is billed at the same $70 per hour in addition to labor. We’ll tell you up front whether your location triggers travel time.
Managed plans. Include a defined number of monthly on-site visits within the service area at no additional labor cost; additional visits are billed at the rate above.
Projects. For installs, cutovers, and refreshes, both labor and travel are rolled into the up-front project quote — no per-hour surprises.
