Why we get hired and stay hired
Range. Most local shops do IT or phones or AV or servers. We do all of it — plus the networking and cameras in between. When a phone install needs new network drops, or a conference room needs AV plus a network spur, the same team handles all of it. No finger-pointing, because there’s no second vendor.
Honest advice, no sales gauntlet. We resell from several manufacturers because no single one fits every job. If a cheaper option does what you need, we’ll tell you. We’d rather lose this sale than the next one.
Depth most local shops can’t match. The work most outsource — vSphere migrations, SAN refreshes, SIP cutovers, multi-site networking, compliance — happens in our shop. If you already have internal IT and just want a project handled cleanly, that’s a normal engagement for us.

Walb Tech started in Bradford in 2013 as RAW Audio Visual. Customers kept pulling us past AV — into IT, phones, and networking — because they had a different vendor for each and nobody owned the seams. In 2016 we rebranded as Walb Electronic Technologies and made owning the seams the whole business. The office is still in Bradford, and most of our customers are still within a half-hour drive.
Our office is in Bradford. Most customers are within a 30-minute drive — McKean County, Warren County, Cattaraugus County, and the smaller towns in between. We cross the state line every week, and an hour’s drive is a normal trip for us. Further out, most support works remotely — and for basic phone or network setups we can ship pre-configured equipment you plug in yourself.
