We’re a Bradford-based technology company with a service radius that crosses the Pennsylvania / New York border. Most of our customers fall inside three primary markets, with regular work in the smaller towns in between.
Primary markets
Bradford, PA
Home base. Our office is in Bradford and we cover all of McKean County. Most Bradford customers see us on-site the same day for urgent issues.
Warren, PA
About 30 minutes south. We work with Warren-area businesses across the industrial corridor, downtown, and the Warren General Hospital area.
Olean, NY
About 25 minutes west. We cross into New York regularly for Cattaraugus County customers — downtown Olean, the medical district, and the surrounding business parks.
Secondary markets
Smaller cities we serve regularly across the Twin Tiers — within 45 minutes of Bradford.
Salamanca, NY
About 35 minutes north. Cattaraugus County. We work with businesses in downtown Salamanca and along the Route 17 corridor.
Kane, PA
About 25 minutes south. McKean County. Manufacturing customers, the Kane Hospital area, and the Allegheny National Forest gateway.
Allegany, NY
About 20 minutes west, just outside Olean. Cattaraugus County. St. Bonaventure University and the surrounding business community.
Smethport, PA
About 20 minutes east. McKean County seat — the county courthouse, county offices, and downtown businesses.

What “local” means in practice
- Same-day on-site for urgent issues in primary markets.
- Most everyday support is remote — patching, helpdesk, monitoring, configuration changes — so distance rarely matters for ongoing work.
- We travel. An hour out is a normal trip for us, and we’ve gone further for the right project. Don’t rule yourself out because you’re not on the list above.
- Too far for a truck roll? For basic phone or network setups we can configure the equipment in our shop and ship it to you — you plug it in, we bring it online remotely.
- Labor is billed at $70 per hour when not covered by a managed plan or project quote. Same rate for remote and on-site work.
- Travel is included for on-site visits within a 30-minute drive of Bradford. Beyond 30 minutes, travel time is billed at $70 per hour in addition to labor.
- For project work (installs, cutovers, refreshes), labor and travel are both rolled into the up-front quote.
