Note: This is a starter terms-of-service template. Walb Electronic Technologies should have this reviewed by a Pennsylvania attorney before relying on it. Material engagements (managed-service contracts, project work) should always be governed by a separate signed agreement, not this page.
These terms govern your use of walb.tech and your initial engagement with Walb Electronic Technologies (“Walb Tech,” “we,” “us”). A separate signed agreement governs ongoing managed-service relationships and any project work; this page is for the marketing site, the consultation form, and informal inquiries.
Using this site
You may browse walb.tech and use our consultation form for legitimate business purposes — to learn about our services, request a consultation, or contact us.
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or business in the consultation form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or attack the site
- Interfere with the site’s operation or other users’ use of it
The consultation form
When you submit the consultation form, you’re sharing contact information and a description of your needs so we can respond. This is not a contract. Submitting the form does not create a customer relationship, a service obligation on our part, or any guarantee of pricing.
A real engagement begins when both parties sign a written agreement — a managed-service agreement, project-statement-of-work, or service order.
Pricing on this site
Any prices shown on walb.tech (e.g., “starting at $X per user per month”) are estimates for typical scenarios. Actual pricing is provided in a written quote after we understand your specific environment. We aren’t bound to honor any specific price shown on the marketing site until we’ve issued a written quote for your business.
The site mentions $70/hour for labor and travel beyond 30 minutes from Bradford. These rates apply to non-managed-service work and may change with notice. Managed-service customers operate under their plan’s terms.
Intellectual property
The content on walb.tech — text, logo, images, structure — is owned by Walb Tech. You may share or quote our content for non-commercial purposes (e.g., a positive review, a comparison article) with attribution. You may not republish our content as your own or use the Walb Tech name and logo to imply endorsement.
No warranties
walb.tech is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate, we don’t guarantee the site is error-free, available without interruption, or that it will meet your specific needs. For service engagements, written agreements override this language with their own specific warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Walb Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of walb.tech. Our total liability for any direct claims related to this site is limited to $100 USD. For service engagements, written agreements supersede this with their own liability terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from your use of walb.tech will be brought in the state or federal courts located in McKean County, Pennsylvania.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of walb.tech after a change constitutes acceptance.
