Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-18

Note: This is a starter privacy policy. Walb Electronic Technologies should have this reviewed by a Pennsylvania attorney before relying on it in a dispute.

This policy describes how Walb Electronic Technologies (“Walb Tech,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit walb.tech or use our services.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form on this site, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you’re interested in, and any free-text details you choose to share. If you call or email us, we keep records of the conversation for service continuity.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, walb.tech logs basic technical information about your visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer — through standard server logs and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use this to understand how the site is being used and to fix bugs. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-less, aggregates measurements server-side, and does not assign persistent identifiers to individual visitors.

Cookies. Walb Tech does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. The only cookies set are strictly-necessary cookies for site functionality (none are currently set on this site; this language is preserved in case site features change).

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your consultation request and follow up on the conversation
  • Provide and improve the services you’ve engaged us for
  • Send service-related communications (we do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in)
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Understand and improve site usage in aggregate

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers we use to operate our business (Zendesk for ticket management, Cloudflare for hosting and email security, our accounting software, Microsoft 365 for email)
  • Legal authorities when required by valid legal process

If we ever change our business structure (merger, acquisition, sale of assets), customer information may transfer to the new entity, subject to the same protections described here.

How we protect information

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encrypted-in-transit traffic (HTTPS), encrypted-at-rest storage for sensitive systems, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and access controls limited to personnel who need the information to do their job.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify affected individuals as required by Pennsylvania and applicable state law.

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what we have about you and request a copy
  • Correct information that’s inaccurate
  • Delete your information (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records, such as tax records)
  • We don’t use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracker that would require opting out. Cloudflare Web Analytics has no opt-out because there’s nothing to opt out of — it doesn’t track individuals.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or call (814) 368-7868.

Children’s privacy

Walb Tech is a business-services website and not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of walb.tech after a change constitutes acceptance.
