Managed IT for small and mid-sized Twin Tiers businesses.
We handle the day-to-day — keeping your computers up to date, watching them for problems, answering the helpdesk line when something breaks, and showing up on-site when something needs hands on a keyboard. Fixed monthly cost, scoped to how many people work for you.
Starting at $30/user/month ($300/year), depending on plan and scope. Subject to assessment.
What’s included
Every managed IT plan covers the basics. Specifics scale with your size and what you need.
- 24/7 monitoring of your computers, servers, and network gear — we know something’s wrong before you do.
- Updates — Windows, Mac, and the apps your team uses kept current without interrupting work.
- Helpdesk — your team calls or emails us when something breaks. Real people, not chatbots.
- On-site support — when a problem can’t be fixed remotely, we drive to your office.
- Security baseline — antivirus on every computer, spam and phishing filtering on your email, multi-factor login for the important accounts.
- Backup and disaster recovery — local and off-site backups, tested regularly so you know they actually work.
- Quarterly check-ins — short meetings to talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s coming up.
Why managed beats “call when it’s broken”
Most businesses that come to us have been on a pay-by-the-hour arrangement — call someone when something breaks and the meter starts running. That model has a few problems baked into it:
- The vendor only gets paid when things are broken. The incentives don’t line up with prevention.
- Costs are unpredictable. A bad month can be five times a normal month.
- Nobody is watching anything, so problems are found after they cause downtime.
- When the vendor is busy with somebody else, you wait.
Managed IT inverts all of that. We’re paid the same whether your month is quiet or loud, so we have every reason to keep things quiet. Costs are flat and budget-able. Monitoring catches problems before they cause downtime. And because we know your setup in detail — not just glancing at it when you call — fixes are faster.
Who this is for
- Businesses with 5 to 100 employees who don’t have full-time internal IT and don’t want to.
- Businesses with one internal IT person who’s hit a ceiling on the harder projects (servers, multi-building networking, compliance audits) and wants help with those projects without losing their job.
- Businesses opening a second location or in the middle of a major change (acquisition, build-out, regulatory audit) and needing a vendor who can keep up.
If you have an internal IT team of three or more and are looking to fully outsource them, we’re probably not the best fit and we’ll say so.
A note on vendor independence
We’re not a one-brand shop. Microsoft, Google, Dell, HPE, plus the security and networking vendors that fit the job. If a customer is better served by something we don’t carry, we say so.
This matters most on the security and infrastructure side, where the wrong stack for your business can lock you in for years.
Talk to us
Most first conversations are 15 minutes on the phone. We’ll ask a few questions about your setup, tell you roughly what a managed plan would look like and cost, and you decide whether the next step makes sense.
