Paging & PA

Paging people can actually hear.

A page is useless if it's mumbled, distorted, or only audible in three of the eight zones it should reach. We design and install overhead paging that hits every space it needs to — and integrates with your phones, so dialing an extension is how a page goes out.

What we install

  • Ceiling and pendant speakers — for offices, retail, and indoor spaces with finished ceilings.
  • Horn speakers — for warehouses, shop floors, and exterior areas where the page has to cut through noise.
  • Amplifiers and zone controllers — the equipment that drives the speakers and lets you set different volumes in different parts of the building (front of house quieter than the shop floor, for instance).
  • Paging from your phones — pick up any handset, dial an extension, and the page goes out. Works with the modern phone systems we install, so the receptionist (or anyone with permission) can page from where they already sit.
  • Pre-announce tones, scheduled bells, and emergency overrides — for schools, factories, and any environment that needs scheduled audio.

When you need this

  • A retail store where the front-door chime gets answered but the back stockroom never hears the call for help.
  • A warehouse where the shop floor genuinely can’t hear an overhead page over the equipment.
  • A church or school where the existing paging is decades old and parts are getting impossible to find.
  • A building expansion that left half the new space unpaged.
  • An old paging amp that finally died and you’re not sure how to replace it.

Why paging crosses into phones and IT

Most modern paging runs through the same phone system you’ve already got — or that we’re putting in alongside this project. Doing both as one design instead of two separate quotes usually saves money and avoids the “the paging doesn’t talk to the phones” problem that ends up being half the install all over again.

Tell us what areas need coverage, how big each is, and whether you want to page from a phone. We can usually scope a starting range from there.
